It's good because of the amount of things going on but it's by no means the best graphics of '08.

RTS games with guns are boring , gime some swords and bow's and i'm good.

I was never able to make the MTW2 demo running on my computer ...

I m assuming it is the same with the final game !!!

It's the Colonization period. You'll get to fight for Europe, North Africa, North and South Americas, India, etc...

Best part is the naval dogfight. There's going to be highsea fights between ships and all. Look:

Oh ok, colonization is more interesting...I've always wanted a good looking naval combat game as well. And I just got a new graphics card today!

i will get this if only because we will finally be able to fight the naval battles instead of simming them.

Not the best graphics for all genres of games this year, but best for an RTS by far. Extremely impressive.

Too bad I don't like the historical time period. Wow, if we'd have an Age of Empires set in the ancient world or medieval times with these graphics.

New total war game = graphics card upgrade.

Mine would probably too. I have to upgrade to a quad core soon.

The graphics are really impressive for a rts. It probably will be the most technically demanding game of 08 though.
