Forums - Sony - Kojima misquoted when referring to ps3's power.

That just made me confused...

Around the Network

The article was from Kotaku. Of course they'd spin things to make the ps3 look bad. They were insinuating that the E307 demo of KZ2 was still CGI last year, and said that the recent build of KZ2 looks "more ps2 like than ps3" in some parts.

@makingmusic

they seriously need a dose of reality instead of being the blind MS whores that they are,,lol

Well, I didn't quite realize how anti-ps3 they were until the past few days.  In the comments section of their KZ2 PlayStation Section, Luke Plunkett still implied that he felt the KZ2 footage from E307 was CGI.

This is taken directly from the comments section of that article:

But when you compare it to either of the previous Killzone 2 trailers, even the "real" one, a couple of them look really awful.

But I still enjoy their sense of humor, and will continue frequenting the site.

yes starcraft....it's damage control, even though he's explaining what he REALLY said, as opposed to what had been interpretted by the western audience. You can try and derail MGS4, but it aint gonna work

@OP
I actually found this to be pretty interesting.....until I saw how long it was, so I quit, but I get the gist of it. Hideo knows his game isn't perfect, but he only wants to keep improving.....nothing wrong with that at all. I don't see how this could POSSIBLY be construed as damage control in ANY way, because continually improving is something we all, as humans, do, no matter what field we're in

DAMAGE CONTROL!!!!! MAN THE FIRE-EXTINGUISHERS!!!!

Kojima did, indisputably, say that PS3 could deliver a game experience that 360 couldn't.

@Everyone: no NO that Grasz guy says PS3 fans claim "all" sites are biased, and that PROVEs that no sites are biased! Oh Noes! Kotaku isn't biased, it's logic!!

And fuck Kotaku anyway.

 EDIT to say: at least their title for the article is decent, before the sarcasm and *Kotaku* damage control begins.

Wow, if he really said that, then he is either a) blind, b) a blind fanboy, or c) on crack (and also blind).  The new footage is miles beyond what they showed at E3 07.  I also just recently realized how biased they could be as well.  They take shots at Sony/the PS3 with just about every post regarding them.  Still one of the better gaming news sites/blogs.
