Forums - Sony - PS3 VGC Games Leagues

We totally need an MGO league. That is the kind of game where teamwork matters a lot and one of the games I have a blast playing. Some of the people on here are already pretty good.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

"All done by pm's". You mean PM's to you? It seems like a burden to you. We typically play 6 games per week with up to 12 participants (not always the same). Sounds like a lot of work to ask a third party (you) to do.

No the bot, for him nothing is a burdon, he does what he is told to do ;) The bot creates the tables, charts, edit the posts. It is really automated. For our European league I have maybe 20 minutes a week to work (adding games, results). So not so much work. We also play 6 games with up to 12 participants.

 Yeh that would be good, but there is still a lack of headsets between players, which would really help in that game

@Just_Ben
Thanks good to know.

@Munkeh111
There is no voice chat in MGO?

I vote Haze

Haze would be excellent to open up the league with.

And yes MGO has headset support, unless me and ckmlb commuinicated telepathically of course.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Tekken 5 Online or maybe Tekken 6

Ynwa.

Is Haze released yet? Or do you talk about the demo? When get haze released?
It is really only a matter of what you guys want and some some people willing to invest some little time.

For the handling of the bot I have an idea how to do it in such a way everybody understands it. At least I hope that does function ;)

I don't know if it is such a good idea to make a league on a team based game. Only if we count the teams or something like that. I mean how does it help to do a ranking per person if that person must rely on a team (maybe some on the team scarifying himself for the greater good)?
