Yet another example of Nintendo's excellent customer service! My DS broke due to the faulty hinge, I broughtit to their call center, and they handed me another one. Beautiful.

Well if there is one thing you can count on its Nintendo to do a fucking good job with their customer service.

There is something that makes me feel happy about a company who takes looking after their customers seriously, kind of like when Bungie sent that kid who had his Xbox cleaned a mean gift pack.
