Ok, I've seen multiple claims recently that Wii Fit is releasing in a couple days. But according to all the release dates I've seen Wii Fit is out the 19th. Why do people keep claiming it will be out so soon?

but the question is what about by end of 08?  Part of the problem is how many can Nintendo make?  They can't even make enough wii consoles for NA without wii fit.

If its that high in the UK, Imagine how big it'll be when it comes to the US, Big Sales!

somebody said on here when they picked it up that this is the Wii's brain training and they were bang on. This will be around for years and will always be in the charts when there's supply.

It's not sold out in Europe.
I could have bought some yesterday, but I resisted the urge. I just have too many games on the Wii, that's not normal. But I know I will have to buy it sooner than later. Everybody around me is urging me to do it.

What the Wii Fit does is allow you to start getting into exercise without having to get over what is, to some, the daunting barrier of exercising in public with strangers, whether that’s an aerobics class or a dip in a pool.

This alone will make it do a killing.
BTW, the people in my family I told about before just sold their PS3 to buy the Wii + Wii Fit. They just came today at my house to borrow Zelda.
Yeah you heard me well. These people didn't buy GTA4 (or at least I suppose they haven't), sold their brand new PS3, and bought a Wii + Wii Fit. And this because they played it last week at a friend's house.
I'm sure "someone" regret saying the Wii is a virus, even if it's actually Nintendo games that are.
I know these people were a lot into Mario Kart DD. If Wii Fit didn't lock them for good, Mario Kart sure will, as I'm sure they'll buy it.
The Wii is an insane disruptive machine. And Wii Fit will be a monster if I'm to believe my anecdotal evidence.

At least the european version of the balance board is good up to 150kg, and quite honestly, if you weigh more than that WiiFit ain't gonna help.

I think that wii fit will outsell the PS3 over it's lifetime. It's only off by 10 million or so before the NA launch.

Remember, PS3 is supposed to reach 70 millions at least. I wonder what is the craziest, wii fit at 70 millions or PS3 at 70 millions?
