I can't wait for Jam Sessions

I just bought Elite Beat Agents....so amazing.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

You just bought it? Seriously I shit you not: best hand held game ever!!!!!!!

Everything you want from that kind of game: insanely addictive, really fun, good multiplayer and infinite replayability. The score system in that game makes it the craziest game to keep pushing yourself to get better scores.

If there was only that one game on the DS to play I would still buy a DS just for it (it was the main game I got the DS for along with others).

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

I'm waiting for that one too, really cool lookin game just wish there was less relaxed game mode where you do have to push yourself to keep going :)

Some of these graphics are amazing for the Nintendo DS. I find it pretty funny how some games on the Nintendo DS have better graphics than some games on the Playstation Portable.

Elite Beat agents is really awesome. Unfortunately in the making of this list there were about 30 DS games that are amazing that came out last year so I didn't have as much to work with :(. Elite Beat Agents is one of those.

Edit: Still, I think there are plenty of great 07 releases.  I tried to show most of them in the list.  Picross is an amazing puzzle game as well, and I probably should have included that.

Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon

Yeah I'll admit the title is dumb but the game is anything but. I don't know how many people played the Harvest Moon series, which began on the PSone, but this is it's latest installment. Harvest moon is a farm and life simulator that lets you grow crops, raise livestock, explore and interact with a village, flirt with, date, and marry women in the village, have a kid, build and customize your house, cook, mine, chop wood, fish, go to festivals, bet on horse racing, and much much more. This game has all that, plus combat. Yeah, that's right: It's harvest moon with fighting. There isn't much word yet on the fighting in Rune Factory but judging by the solidity of previous Harvest Moon gameplay mechanics it will be stellar. There is also a much deeper story in this one, with many more RPG elements.

This isn't really a big deal, but for some reason i couldn't let it slide :P

I believe the PSone version was the 5th game, following the SNES, Gameboy, N64 and Gameboy Colour versions

Anyways, 'Must get' games from that list for me:
Pokemon d/p, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates, Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon, Simcity DS, Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

Would like to try
Spider-Man 3, Hotel Dusk, Pheonix Wright

There are other games as well, one example that has already been mentioned, Elite Beat Agents is one of my favourite games for the DS

But most do not.

Not to nitpick, but there hasn't been a good Mana game since Secret of Mana, so stating that the appeal of the upcoming DS game is that it's based on that is kinda a weak argument, heh.  I was really looking forward to Dawn of Mana for the PS2 but it sucks apparently.

Just sayin...lots of FF games listed.  hard to be a FF fan and not own both the DS and PSP.

lol sorry edited.  I'm pretty sure the N64 and PSone verisons were released at the same time, but I edited it anyway.

Yeh, pretty much, N64, GBC and PSone versions came out in the same year, but in that order
