In any case, the most intelligent have to be PC fans. I doubt your typical Soriku can crack, hack or optimize games... or run emulators

Soriku could run emulators. That's about it though.

When you say computer fans do you mean computer geeks or people who game on a PC? I know plenty of PC gamers that don't know the first thing about hacking or cracking software/games. In fact most don't.
