A higher percentage of PS3 owners care for GTA IV than XBox 360 owners

Wait... so they're celebrating how the 360 version outsold the PS3 version in the only major European country still with more 360s than PS3s? That makes bucketloads of sense.

I think there's loads for Microsoft to celebrate. Having the game launch at the same time as it did on PS3 is a victory giving that this is Playstation's biggest game. Having higher sales of the game is also a victory since last gen almost all the sales of the game were on PS2. And the fact that the higher sales is due to the fact that more 360s have been sold in UK than PS3s is also a victory given how PS2 destroyed Xbox last gen. So yes PS3 sales resulted in a higher attach ratio but that just stems from the fact 360 has done very well to remain ahead of PS3 in the UK.
