A pink Nintendo Wii would do wonders to get more females to purchase a Nintendo Wii. Pink Ipods, pink DS and pink PS2's ahve all been successful in attracting the female user to purchase in the past.

The colour could influence people's buying decisions. Pink is the most common fave colour amongst females. 

Nintendo can start worrying about other colors, including pink, when the wii stops selling out.

Nintendo didn't change the color yet for the simple reason they would want to use that when sales started to decline. They can't even keep demand, so until they are selling considerably less than what they make, I don't see a color change.

When sales start slowing down (who knows when) we might see pink, black, red sexy models. Well I hope for those colors, platinum would be nice too.

I got a skin for my wii. A metroid one too. I love it.
