It's an important milestone as it has  about 58% market share and is still selling 49K to 45K on GTA4 week.

As I reported in an other thread, I went to 2 large stores in paris this week and both still had plenty of GTA and PS3 bundles on the shelves and on prime placement...however MKWii was sold out at these. 

( I'm just proud of my country!!... and it's 5 AM...goodnight)

and yup, Rock on, the PS3 is doing ok here... well it is at the level of spain sales where it's market leader.

Not to stamp on the whole 58% market share thing, but there was a report about French gamers only a few months ago and most are still using their PS2s, which is at 5.8 million. When talking market share do we ingore the machine people use most?

2million is a great figure though.
