Well I find it really interesting. The wii jumps from first to second all the time based on its hardware sales whilst 360 software sales stay level most of the time at around a million per week.
Typically you buy a system, an extra controller (maybe wii play), and 1-2 other games.
So if hardware sales go from 200k to 100k you can expect at least a drop of ~200-400k in total Wii sales. Which is ~20-40% of a typical week of software sales.
