I have used Wii fit every morning for the last 19 days. I am only just within in the ideal BMI I need to put a bit of mass on. I am really enjoying it and I really did not do any kind of regimented exercising before this I think if I keep it going it will really make a difference to my health in terms of mussel fitness and flexibility and as well some cardiovascular benefits from the jogging and hula.
My favourite events are step Boxing & the snowboard/Skiing. Also I enjoy the Push Up challenge. I am not as good as I used to be but I think I'll stick with Wii Fit until I can beat the trainer completely.
