Should we be reporting off screen screenshots to be deleted?

Also, can we edit existing wikipedia summaries, to remove links, correct stuff etc

1. Off screen screenshots should be deleted, but you should also have a screenshot to replace it if you can. There's one in Link's Crossbow Training.

2. If you see a Wikipedia summary, please submit a summary that is from the publisher or developer's official site, or one that you created yourself (in which case you can credit yourself should you want to). Fixing minor mistakes gives undeserved Vg$ anyways ($4.50 for a fixed spelling error?!!).

@Lance: Well, I'd like to see it added along with the Virtual Boy. PM Ssj12 if you want something like that done.

@ DB admins: Did I miss something or is there no way to add new publishers? There's just a picklist.

I just updated the release dates for Darwinia/PC, for example, and the publisher is Cinemaware, but that's not in the picklist and I have to leave the publisher as "unknown.

Same with Strategic Simulations, Inc. (aka SSI) and other small publishers.

currently there is no way to add publishers. so just leave unknown for now. Hopefully ioi will give that ability to at least talonman sometime soon, but i haven't heard anything.

I totally agree talonman. It also makes it easier to see if I am allowing a site summary (from nintendo or activision or such) overwrite a Wikipedia entry, or an original entry.

I try to do Google searches on the first sentence and then trim it down to see if it is the same as Wikipedia, but it would be much easier if you credited yourself.

No, don't do that. A fix for this should be coming sometime soon. We just have to be patient.
