The game looks very good (rare for an Ubisoft game). Still, I think the name kinda sound like diahrreia.

This wasn't developed by Ubisoft. It was developed by an Independant Spanish company, I believe, and picked up by Ubisoft.
Maybe not Spanish, actually. Definitely not American/English, though.
