I don't think sales will go higher because they are already at the supply level. I mean aren't the Nintendo base already getting a Wii anyway? These games will sell well but the Wii is already selling amazingly without them. Sales will go up when Nintendo supply goes up with or without those games.

When those games are released all the Wiis that were on stock(if they were any on stock) will be vanished in a blink, and trust me SSBB will have loooooong legs.
