I said over 150k, it could be as high as 300k, its unkown, I do expect 200k + for PS3 hardware in OTHERS, because of the bundle, and maybe 200k in NA, japan should be 10k, so for PS3 hardware I believe it will manage anywhere from 380-500k WW sales.

As for wii I expect 350-600k

Wii is a hard one, like it always has been.


The sales currently displayed are for the week ending on the 26th. Sunday, the day Mario Kart was released and a ton of Wiis arrived at stores, was the 27th. This week will have a huge sales increase over last week.

Honestly I would suspect they are. Halo 3 gave the 360 a big boost a couple weeks before it was released, and GTA4 is a comparable game. I would be extremely surprised to see any home console under 100k in NA next week.

New IP is nice. The PS3 had only(ex. Ratchet) new IP last year: Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, Lair, Resistance (last year for Europe Motorstorm. And they have Haze and Little Big Planet this year.
The problem is for every gaming pearl (Uncharted) you have to wade through crap like Lair.

 Exactly, which is my I deperately hope that Alan Wake doesn't suck.  Despite all the super hyped games it is getting this year, the first two I pick up when I eventually get a PS3 will be Uncharted and Haze.

They look the same as always to me. If there was an adjustment, I don't think it was a big one.

 PS3 before Others numbers came in 12 miljoen

After others numbers came in 12.02.

DS before others numbers came in 70.81

After others numbers came in 70.65   (I am not sure about the DS numbers but I am sure about the PS3 numbers).

Oh the total numbers. I don't pay much attention to them so I dunno. I was just looking at the NA numbers.
