I am getting really excite about the WiiWare service coming up soon here in the US.  There are so many titles that I am anxiously awaiting.  I would say my top 5 are:

Lost Winds

 

Eternity's Child

 

 Animales de la Muerte

 

World of Goo

 

and Dr. Mario

 

This service is staring out with a huge Bang.

The only two I'm likely to buy are 1 & 2, but I may pick up 3 & 4 down the road if no games I'm interested are coming out.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

I don't know why but I'm actually pretty excited about (and plan to buy on the first day which is IMO even more important) Defend Your Castle. I love the little Flash game that this version of DYC is going to be a remake of and I've come to know XGenStudios as a competent and high quality online game developer and can't wait for their first steps into the world of console gaming.

 

For those of you who have never played this is what Defend Your Castle looks like in the Flash game form:

 

And this is what it is going to look like in WiiWare (i love the new look btw).

 



Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.

One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.

The Tales of game Namco has yet to make for it. =D

I'm actually hoping that they take some of the cellphone Tales games, spruce them up and release them on WiiWare. Then maybe we'll actually see these outside of Japan.

LIT does look interesting, just waiting to see more of it. Also, defend your castle looks pretty fun. I think I am going to go and play the flash game right now.

I think it's kinda scary that I never even thought twice about paying $5 for a version of DYC on my Wii when I can play a version for free on the Internet... guess I have faith in XGen, hopefully they don't let me down (I doubt they will).
