One of the malls here has both a GS and an EB Games in it. :P

 I stopped paying attention to reviews long ago, but if this game dethrones OoT, I'll stop playing video games and even stop coming to VGC altogether.  I'll take up knitting or something.

Though I favor the ever popular underwater basket weaving. 

I just got through playing an hour or so of it. I have to go to bed, but what I played was awesome. I am not traditionally a GTA fan, but so far, this game lives up to the story driven hype. I have only killed one guy, so it's not just a "run around and kill everyone" GTA of old.

Oh, and we had about 100 people in our gamestop. It looked like the breakdown was close to 50/50, with quite a few more 360 special additions. (looked like 5 for PS3, and 15 for 360).

Lol no you wouldnt.. because if you worked for free, you wouldn't have any money to take advantage of that 40% discount! =P

What's wrong with GTAIV dethroning OoT anyway? bout time that game was demoted into 2nd place if you asked me. 

I never look back, and I think putting OoT as the "best ever" is ridicules. As new games come out, they improve. I say put games against all games.

If right now, OoT were released, it would get a very low score.

If you want to say "Best game of its time", ok, I see your point. But GTA4 is better then OoT. No question.

Probably 30 games released this year are better. 

Thanks for posting man, it'd be awesome if you could do a weekly Musing sales like they have at GAF, breaking down HW sales from each platform and posting major SW number, I enjoy reading those.

OT, I couldn't contain myself and went to Walmart to get my copy, been playing for the past 3 hours, fucking awesome game. There was a line of about 10 - 15 people and I saw about 8 people getting the 360 version and 3 getting the PS3 version

 I'd rather have "the greatest game of all time" be a fantasy game with time travel and magic than a realistic mobster game with hookers and drugs and guns and explosions in New York City.

I mean, if GTA4 is the greatest game of all time, I don't know how I could bring children into this world.  When my first kid gets on the internet and looks up the greatest game ever, I'd like to play it with them and teach them about time travel and magic instead of saying "No.  You can't play the greatest game of all time until you're old enough because it's full of sex and drugs and murder."

Besides, these "best of all time" averages are pointless anyway, because they don't go far back enough to include the best games of all time, which are OBVIOUSLY Super Mario Bros. 3, River City Ransom, Out of this World, Link's Awakening, FF6, and Tetris.

i can't wait for next week to view the numbers
