Yeah I think that's the big catch with the Xbone.
It's not that it's a bad system; it has a huge library with tons of great games, the catch is though that almost all those games were on PS4 and looked/ran better on Sony's machine, (at least as far as the base consoles most people had go) so the PS4 kinda renders the Xbone a bit redundant unless you're really into Halo/Gears/Forza, or if you prefer the Xbox controller, or if your friend's list is mostly on Xbox, or if BC is a bigger deal to you.
I do enjoy mine, but I play pretty much all the multiplats on PS and just have an Xbone for stuff like Gears, Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, etc, plus playing 360 digital stuff since the 360 shop's been shut down.
