When this game enters my Ps3 I'll burst into tears of joy............

Then make a sandwich for the 5 minute install, Im thinking a Ham or Turkey sandwich and perhaps some chips. :)

Not me, I will be watching the 5 minute intro movie ;)

So you actually get a better GTA4 experience with the PS3... I am surprised the 360 has more frame rate issues, seeing as the PS3 is harder to program for. The game must be pushing the consoles pretty damn hard.

I seriously doubt they used more than they needed from the CELL

mM

lol didnt microsft say the altament exprince will be on the 360?

i guesse $$$ cant buy you better graphxs :D

mgs4 will sell 2.4m week 1

japan:500k

others: 1m

NA:900k

AAA (90%+) games (metacritic):

nintendo:65

Xbox: 42

playstation: 98

This is MS' fault in the end cause of the Arcade 360.

And there is no optional install on the 360, it's a fallacy.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

less pop in ?does that mean on 360 a person will apear from no where?

Do you guys remeber the "Fake Review"?

he said the exact same thing about 360 having lots more pop in,,,,,mmmm,,maybe he wasn't lying after all

Pop-in probably refers to texture pop-in, like in Mass Effect.  You see the people and objects, but it takes a moment for the detail on their bodies to come through.

It sounds like this really will be GTA as its meant to be played.  Frame-rate drops and pop-in all round.

Fix'd

IGN hath confirmed it.

So when IGN said that there is some pop-in (particularly on the 360 version), you took that to mean there is no pop-in on the PS3 version?

I took thier comment, [The PS3 version has "far less" pop-in than the 360 version], I'm sure that it pops in on both versions, but FAR LESS on the PS3

To all those considering getting the PS3 version over the 360 one. Take note. In the past, IGN has given DIFFERENT scores to DIFFERENT versions of a game when it was better on one console than it was on another.

In this case, each game got a perfect 10, meaning any differences must be so negligible that they are virtually unnoticeable.

Content is king, and the Xbox 360 version will have more content.
