Pop-in probably refers to texture pop-in, like in Mass Effect. You see the people and objects, but it takes a moment for the detail on their bodies to come through.

It sounds like this really will be GTA as its meant to be played. Frame-rate drops on both and pop-in on the 360.

So when IGN said that there is some pop-in (particularly on the 360 version), you took that to mean there is no pop-in on the PS3 version?
