(I think "cracked it" refers to game engine redesign, moving legacy parts currently running on the PPU to the SPUs)

Personally I think GTA V development will be lead on the PS3 and may not be ported to the 360 due to technical limitations

 

 Well if the 360 outsells the ps3 version, which i think it will, it would be a stupid business choice to only develop the next one for the ps3.

The verdict is in: the PS3 version is better graphically than the 360's!!!
So stop making unraisonable excuses!!!!
And plz stop bashing the ps3 version due to lack of DLC,,,, noboby knows what the hell that DLC is,, untill concrete information is known,, the PS3 version is the one to get !!!

 Well i can't take it easy now... people don't know the definition of slightly, or they can't read...because the graphics are the same.

No no no no!!!

They both got a 10 so they're both the exact same!

(Don't listen to the comments the reviewer makes, we all know the score is everything).

Buy the 360 version for the complete experience! We have no idea what the DLC it is yet...but rest assured, your GTA experience definetly won't be complete without it.

BOTH get DLC apparenlty - Did Someone earlier^^^ INCORRECTLY state this was 360 only you are wrong PS3 gets DLC too (like do you think the PS3 does not have internet or something ?).
Dont see why they can't put the lot on one blu-ray from the start though just cause the 360 is stuck with a 8.5Gb limit does not stop the Ps3 going to 25 or 50Gb on Blu ?

PS3 gets OPTIONAL motion controls for boats, cars, helicopter, bikes and weapon reloading. -
so i may give this game a go if the motion controls are any good. Thumbstick only games are booring crap IMHO (guess thats why wii is top of the chartz ,and MS is busy making a new motion controller for the 360).
GTA3 was pretty average so i cant see what all the hype with gta4 is about ?
The best thing about GTA3 was the radio - park the car and leave the radio going on the various stations while i browse the internet - hope the new radio tracks are as good as the last.

Would someone please start a new thread with all the reviews that are coming out today -- specific to differences between the consoles? This thread is played out and I believe the embargo ends today for "exclusive" reviews. I'm curious what others had to say about the game overall.

And why does Rockstar state that DVD9 is full already on GTA IV, when GTA IV takes 6,3 GB of Disc space? There is plenty of left when it can handle 8.5 GB. They could have make it even bigger.

And I don't think R* would be so stupid to make GTA V only for PS3 (unless Sony buys them). Especially if/when GTA IV on 360 will outsell it's counterpart.



I don't bother listing my last-gen games (PS2, Xbox, GC) to my collection cause there's too many of them. ;)
