Fishing Hamlet in Bloodborne's DLC all the way to the Orphan fight is one of my favorite final levels ever.

Black Omen in Chrono Trigger is one of my favorite final levels ever.

Oh! I just remembered one. My favorite finale to any game from my childhood: Bowser’s Inside Story. I always found that final battle to be so epic. (Plus the music. Can't forget the music when mentioning the final boss of BIS.)
