Retrotink 4K CE is $475 and pretty much does just that. Add in a Superstation One with a dock. Superstation One is an FPGA device that is pretty much a 1:1 recreation of all pre-2000 systems. The electrical pathways are almost identical to original hardware. Superstation One is difficult to setup but Mistercompanion makes it pretty easy. Once you get it all updated you can even play PS1, PCE CD, Sega CD, and Saturn games right off the disk.
