Immigration laws should be enforced. I'm all for vastly increasing the number of legal immigrants who come to my country and giving them a path to citizenship. But this idea that ICE is evil simply for enforcing immigration laws, or that the sudden enforcement of immigration laws is a sign of a dictatorship, is silly. Sure, did ICE shoot some innocent people? Yep. But the REGULAR COPS kill innocents every day. And that's a much bigger warning sign of a dysfunctional democracy than mere deportations. 

Sorry, I'm sure this isn't the thread for that discussion but I'm so tired of political extremes in my country. Apparently, we can either ban all Latinos from America or completely dissolve any sort of border enforcement. Those are the two choices offered by both parties. And both are ridiculous. Anyway I'll make a thread on it and repost this over there. Or find the existing thread on it.

US ICE literally kills innocents in the US. US supports the genocide israel is doing. And one of the first things israel and US attacked in iran was a girl's elementary school. Hundreds of innocent children killed. No side is good but US is the worse one here. 

No. I support ICE going after employers, landlords and the government officials that issue driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. If you aren't suppost to be in this country then anyone harboring you with a job, housing, or a driver's license should be arrested and charged. That would be a lot faster than trying to just knock on someone's door "because they are brown". The best way is to go after the people who enable illegals, not the illegals themselves. 

Ice doesn't do any of that, they aren't going to arrest Trumps billionaire business owners.  You're thinking of Homeland Security, and they have existed long before Trump.

Seven medical centers in Iran hit by U.S.-Israeli strikes

Seven medical facilities across Iran, including hospitals and emergency stations, were targeted in joint attacks by the United States and Israel on Monday. A reporter from China Media Group (CMG) has learned that the strikes resulted in casualties, including at least two emergency medical personnel.

These attacks follow an escalation on Sunday, when the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a new wave of airstrikes against Iran. By Sunday evening, continuous explosions were heard in the Iranian capital, Tehran. The IDF later confirmed that the Israeli Air Force had completed a round of strikes on Tehran involving more than 100 fighter jets.

Civilian casualties: As of Monday afternoon ET, at least 742 civilians have been killed in Iran, including 176 children, HRANA said. More than 900 civilians have been injured, it reported. At least 85 were killed in the past 24 hours, the group said, and it is verifying hundreds more reported deaths.

Damage: There are also reports of damage to religious buildings and homes in the last 24 hours. Among them, a mosque in Karaj, a city near Tehran, several residential buildings, a governor’s office in the south of the capital, and the Shahid Bahonar Pier in Bandar Abbas on the Strait of Hormuz, according to the group. Iran also claimed damage to hospitals in Tehran.

Military installations: Among the military targets hit in the past 24 hours are the headquarters of the Kurdistan law enforcement command and the Kurdistan border guard command center in the western city of Sanandaj, HRANA reported. An air base in Isfahan and an army base in Tehran were also damaged, according to the group.

No-one has been killed by the government in USA just for singing and dancing. In Iran they have because it's a strict Islamic rule and singing + dancing is Haram in Islam. No-one has been hung from cranes in the USA, but in Iran they have by their tens of thousands. They are not remotely comparable and if you think they ae you are extremely out of touch. China bombing USA would make Americans experience something worse than they most have before. USA bombing Iran cannot do that, bombs are the least of their worries. Their government has killed far more than Israel or US bombs have.
