White House posts then deletes Easter video of Trump insulting Macron


The White House posted - then deleted - a video from Trump's Easter luncheon, where the US President made inflammatory and false statements against several figures. Except it was downlloaded by a journalist who posted it online. In the hour-long clip, Trump mocked French President Emmanuel Macron's marriage and imitated him, called himself a 'king' and was compared to Jesus Christ. He also made false claims about Ilhan Omar, Imane Khelif amongst others.

Hegseth and Trump don't see them as humans so I guess it won't be a problem for the US military just to bomb them with the bridges.

China, Russia veto UN Security Council resolution on Strait of Hormuz

The resolution has failed with:

  • Two votes against – Russia and China
  • 11 in favour
  • Two abstentions

The resolution initially called for Article 7, which would have given member states authorization to use force to open up the Strait of Hormuz.

Ultimately, what was voted on today was a version that strongly encouraged states interested in the use of the Strait of Hormuz for commercial maritime routes to coordinate efforts in a defensive manner.

Vague language and the meaning of defense has been turned upside down with the Gaza genocide. Not that insurance companies would start insuring ships going through the strait again on the back of a useless UNSC resolution.

The UN is sitting on the sidelines, and hasn't even condemned the war of aggression the US and Israel have commenced nor the war crimes US/Israel are committing daily. Only one (passed) resolution 2817 condemning Iran's retaliatory actions. The mask is well off the UNSC as well, UN oppression council.


Israel is already bombing bridges in Iran, Iran is not going to make a distinction between US and Israel. It doesn't matter that Trumps wants a ceasefire, Israel is not going to 'allow' it anyway.

According to a Pakistani source, there are essentially detractors in both camps – within Iran’s IRGC and obviously within the US – who do not want any prospects of peace. This source told me that the biggest detractor of all is Israel, it does not want the US to come out of this war. Israel only wants an escalation, a perpetual war in which the region inevitably gets involved and there is infighting.

‘Extremely sick person’: US lawmakers respond to Trump threats

Democratic Party lawmakers have been responding to Trump’s threat to destroy Iranian “civilization” if the country doesn’t meet his deadline to fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz:

  • Democratic Senate leader Chuck Schumer: “This is an extremely sick person. Each Republican who refuses to join us in voting against this wanton war of choice owns every consequence of whatever the hell this is.”
  • Democratic House of Representatives leader Hakeem Jeffries: “Congress must immediately end this reckless war of choice in Iran before Donald Trump plunges us into World War III. It’s time for every single Republican to put patriotic duty over party and stop the madness. Enough.”
  • Congressman Jason Crow: “Calling for the elimination of a civilization is a war crime. As I’ve repeatedly said, our military must only follow lawful orders. Every American of good conscience must repudiate this.”
  • Congressman Jim McGovern: “This is pure evil. The President of the United States’ genocidal threat to commit war crimes is illegal under federal & international law.”

US military is just as sick allowing this to happen. People have free will, but go along with war crimes and crimes against humanity just because the boss said so. When this is over US soldiers need to stand on trial next to their IDF counterparts. 

Participating in war crimes is illegal under both international law and the national laws of most countries. Individuals—regardless of their rank or position—can be held personally criminally responsible for these acts.

US President Donald Trump has issued a fresh ultimatum to Iran, threatening to end the Islamic Republic's civilisation tonight. This follows his earlier threats to target the country's power plants and bridges if the Strait of Hormuz didn't open by the end of Tuesday. Meanwhile, there are reports of strikes on the Kharg island. Elsewhere, the BBC is facing global backlash after it was found to carry a quote from an anonymous Iranian in favour of US trikes.
