That was dreadful

Digimon Time Stranger being on the Switch 1 is a neat thing, I was expecting it to skip the console. It will probably be the last new game I'll buy for the original Switch, then I'll focus on getting all the old Switch titles I haven't gotten around to play yet.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Didn't think Bethesda would be the one coming in to save this presentation for me xD.

Valheim, Digimon and Oblivion are the only brand new announcements that interested me and all of them old ports. Oh well.

No fallout 3 or new vegas is disappointing.

They unmastered the Oblivion remaster.

That was pretty dry.

Nothing about Duskbloods, again

For a Partner Direct, this was fantastic. It had pretty much everything you could ask (except maybe native KH games).

I'm really wondering how that runs, hopefully they did a good job. As it said in the presentation it's only 30fps on SW2. It also has trouble running on Steam Deck unless you drop to lowest settings...

Oblivion Remastered on SW2 is also going to be interesting to see as that game was notoriously CPU heavy, I will probably get it on SW2 if it's a good port and at least holds a steady 30fps, though a 40fps mode would be my unlikely wish.

Yeah that's true. Though it's pretty much confirmed at this point that they have a FO3 remaster in the same style as Oblivion Remastered in development, so I guess they don't want to port the original.

SW2 updates to wolfenstein/doom would have been nice too. But hey at least we got oblivion.

Now Microsoft. you better damn well do a physical release (even if its key card). If Oblivion is digital only I won't buy it.

Orbitals looks terrific and I was wanting release dates for Indiana Jones, FF7 Rebirth, and Adventures of Elliot, so while it was a pretty low key show overall, I at least got a a fair bit out of it.

Throw in Turok Origins and the Pragmata demo and I can safely say it was worth staying up for.
