Nah, I like having more options. If anything, more adjustable settings to find a middle ground between graphics and performance would’ve been ideal.

All versions will also get some streamlined options so it is possible to beat the game around 10 hours without any challenge if you just want to get quick trough it.

All Streamlined Progression options for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade

  • Constant Max HP — Essentially makes your party members invincible, except for a few specific one-hit KO attacks you might run into during the late game
  • Constant Max MP — Lets you spam magic abilities infinitely
  • Limit Gauge Always Full — Lets you spam each party member's powerful Limit Break attack
  • ATB Gauge Always Full — Lets you freely use each party member's abilities without needing to recharge
  • Constant Max Damage — Every attack deals 9999 damage
  • 2x EXP & 3x AP Gain — Lets you quickly level up party members and their Materia
  • Easy Weapon Ability Acquisition — Lets you permanently learn each weapon's unique ability after meeting the unlock condition one time
  • Constant Max Gil — Gives you infinite money
  • Constant Max Recovery Items — Gives you an infinite Potions, Hi-Potions, Mega-Potions, Ethers, Turbo Ethers, Elixers, Phoenix Downs, Antidotes, Maiden's Kisses, Echo Mists, and Remedies
  • Max Material Levels — Sets all Materia to MAX, granting their full range of effects. This option prevents you from unlocking certain achievements (the final list has yet to be confirmed, but this will most likely affect 'Materia for Beginners,' which unlocks after levelling up a Materia for the first time)
