Forums - Microsoft - Update: Microsoft claims retailers remain "committed" to Xbox

Re: costco, sams club, Target, walmart... pulling xbox.

What is crazy is that this is happening before Black Friday.
And like what? 6months before GTA releasing.

Good news for Playstation as this is sure to boost them, but.... from xbox side, they just don't care any about their console sales?
This seems like a weird time for this to happen.

What are the chances that Best buy, follows too?

Was just about to say:Link to (testimonial) evidence. In fact, I just pulled up my Target app and found that XBSX isn’t even being listed as a product anymore. Only Series S. Accessories are mostly on sale. Games are being sold at normal price, very low stock on everything.

Best Buy in Canada doesn't have Series X in stock anymore in store. You can still order one online but no local stock, Series S only.

Actually the only Series X ones I see are all refurbished, no new ones. All the new ones say sold out.

Microplay website here

Xbox Series X/S Consoles: No Product Found
Controllers etc ares still available.

EB Games has one model left, CAD 680 1tb Robot white.
Sold out in all but one store in a 42 km radius around me, only a few left in Cambridge. (No shipping available)
Series S has more stock but also seems to be on the way out. (limited everywhere, some shops sold out)

PS5 Yotei bundle: Due to the popularity of this item, we are limiting online and instore purchases to One per household. Any orders containing multiple units will be reduced to one.

XBox HW is pretty much game over in Canada

Part of me chuckles at the comeuppance of all of XB/MS's poor decisions coming home to roost. Another part worries at how complacent and/or greedy Sony could get with even less competition in their market. I'm kinda hoping that they fully support PC by next gen so if the PS6 is a bad deal I don't need to get one to play their games.

yeah it’s not looking good

That Astro plushie sounds awfully tempting. Unfortunately I can’t even afford more than two Nintendo games for the remainder of the year… :(

I checked and it's still in stock here in Australia at EB Games, Big W, Target, JB Hifi, basically all the big outlets, for now.

Soethings going on with Xbox stock on the Microsoft store in Europe now too.

Still has stock in the UK but in several European countries such as Spain, Italy, Norway there's none.

I checked the Spain Microsoft store and they have no stock of any Xbox series hardware, including refurbished.
