Awesome, I'll be in for the Unreal and Soul Calibur races. Not to say I'll do anything good, but I'll at least be in the races.

I spent most of today beating Alone in the Dark and getting some last minute Simpsons achievements. If I can beat Rainbow Six Vegas tommorow that will give me 3 games to trade in for Unreal. I think I could swing just buying it but as game crazy as I went last month I need to chill out.

Plus, with Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 in the works.... a new computer is needed sometime in the next year. Add college loan payments and it all equals up to only buying games I absolutely have to have. SC4 and UT3 both fall in that catagory for me though.

Is Alone in the Dark as bad as the reviewers say?

Yes and no. It's glitchy, buggy, and the play control takes getting used to.

But it simply can't be ignored that it does many new and exciting things no survival horror has ever done. There are SO many great things in the game, great ideas. You can tell the developer had something special going on but just couldn't pull it off. If you took the same game and had Capcom develop it, It would be a contender for game of the year.

I played the Murloc song on Hard and it wasn't that bad. Lately I've been rocking the Muse and No Doubt packs! But ya, Lou can suck a fat one as far as I'm concerned. That whole game in general. I've never seen a game you can beat on 3 out of 5 of it's difficulty levels, and almost beat it on the other 2 and walk away with a whopping 100 points or so. Woo Hoo.

And I have a problem with screwed up achievements like "Get all the guitars in the game" and "collect everything in the game" because to do that you need to FC every single song on Expert. Something very few would be able to do. So it should be, get all the guitars in the game and collect everything in the game that ISN'T locked. Otherwise you might as well just lump them all together and call it an achievement for mastering the game.

Well, I got past The Metal and then set 7 proceded to curb stomp me. Except for Knights of Cydonia, oddly enough, which I FEARED going in and I passed on my first try.

Hmmm, too bad I won't make it to the week 9 update (I'm new, so...)... I must have gotten over 3000+ gamerscores during all this time!

Been rocking out in Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, Rock Band and Guitar Hero III recently (I might not play much until the next update so I can maximize my score). I've played some Ninja Gaiden II as well, but I need to rent it again though (I won't make it to the Hall of Fame as well, damn!).

Oh well, the league sounds promising. Can't wait to leave my mark in here! =P

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
