Man I hated what Veteran did near the end. Getting through the entire game not even messing with the lower difficulties, well on the way to 1,000 points and BAM stupid missle silo part that is literally 20 gameplay minutes away from the end. Must have tried it 40 times. I was going to break the controller too so instead I just beat it on normal and traded it in. Always kinda hated having done that.

I couldn't do a 1,000 in Blue Dragon either. Leveling up that much just involves already having crushed everything in the game and still play it for hours and hours maxing jobs and level. I just didn't see the point.

Ugh, how funny of you to mention the corridor of death. After taking a break from the Heat level, I decided to give that one a try. I died about 100 times trying to get through that part. I finally got to the slow moving door but didn't get a checkpoint because I was too slow and wound up dying. Going to have to re-start the level and be quicker. Heat, NFitWR, and MHC are all I have left to beat on Veteran.

I'm confident I'll get 1000 in Blue Dragon, it just might take a few months. I'm in no rush.

Good luck on COD4. I say I died 40 but that's probably a gross underestimate. That part is brutal right up to the end.

I'm not bragging, but I'm proud of this, I just ranked 5th place on Commando 3's highest difficulty leaderboard.

edit: I went back and over doubled my score to 8,900,000. Now I am proudly ranked 1st place in the world.

re-edit: Somebody came out to beat me with 9 million something, so I promptly scored 13,800,000 and sit at number 1 again :o)

Sucks that the next 3 games I'm not even going to be getting. After a dominating performance by Erikers on GTA and Ninja Gaiden 2 in the first two games I guess it won't be until september/october when the next good game comes out. With Left 4 Dead, Gears of War 2, Halo Wars, Fallout 3 and more, the last 3 months of this year is going to be an insane race.

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Well, it took me about 5 hours, with an occasional break here and there, but I finally unlocked the "Mile High Club" achievement for my 1000/1000gs in COD4. I reached the final part 3 times prior but choked and shot the hostage each time before finally taking a deep breath and waiting for the clear head shot. Beating the "Heat" and "NFitWR" levels on Veteran took longer but this was far more satisfying.

 Gratz. The 1000/1000 COD4 club is well populated in our league.

I myself have FINALLY finished the Guitar Expert Solo Tour on Rock Band after failing GGAHT for like 10 times and practising for an hour. Needlessly to say my hand hurts.
