I don't think so. This is the kind of game that wears of its welcome and the second release on Switch already shows it.

Momotaro's been going since 1988, I feel like if people were gonna get bored of it, it would have happened a long time ago.

The 2020 release has a three year head start and released during the console's peak, it makes sense it sold more.
