I still can’t get over the fact that Sony claims there were more than 5 million additional ps2 sales after production stopped, lol. And just happens to casually release that info as switch approaches the record and makes a claim that can’t be verified. Just silly. 

that being said what sources are claiming 980k, depending on the source I guess they could be accurate if verifiable. Regardless, Switch fans can take solace in the fact the actual sales numbers for weak 1 switch 2 are likely upwards of 1million when adding in my Nintendo store sales. If that kinda stuff matters to you.

I think its the same source that will announce in 2 years that PS2 sold more 5M units in Jupiter + Mars.
