Resistance and Motorstorm both dropped out already? Wow.

didn't it already say that 150k unique games have logged online for mario strikers? That means it has sold at least 200k already.

??? Resistance fall of man stayed in the charts for 6 weeks after launch and then got back in again 2 weeks later for one week. Motorstorm stayed in the charts for 9 weeks. In the uk thats amazing legs for launch games. The wii's top two games zelda and wii play only lasted 4 and 3 weeks each respectively. Only when a combination of supply and lack of games happened did those two games make it back into the charts several months later. Also the 360's top two games perfect dark zero and project gotham racing 3 only lasted 2 and 1 week respectively. Both the wii and xbox360 were supply constrained, so sales of both hardware AND software have been spread out over months with zelda, wii play, perfect dark zero and project gotham racing 3 never making it to the top 3 where as resistance and motorstorm both did. Despite having massive sales in the first week they still managed to stay in the charts longer the wii's and xbox360's launch games.

PS3 software sales is supply constrained!!!!!!!! . . . . . Supply constrained of consumers buying the PS3s!

Was that supposed to be funny? The ps3 was never supply constrained and had games go to number 1 and the top 5 and stay their for several weeks with huge initial sales. The wii and xbox360 were supply constrained and never had a top 5 game at launch and then as supply improved some games came back into the chart around about mid table. Despite resistance and motorstorm having huge sales they still stayed in the charts for another 6-9 weeks.

PS3 games are supply constrained... If more people would buy the PS3 then more games would be sold... Makes sense.
