Well her mother could be black, but it doesnt really mather. I dont think her father was ever shown when she was played by a white actor.

He's based on a character from Quantum Break that was black. QB released in 2015 I think? Before this whole SBI and DEI nonsense.

She was white on QB in a cameo... All details from Alan Wake 2 and her character and the color of her parents were not finalised at the time, obviously. AW2 wasn't even greenlit back then.

Remedy I believe has severed ties with Sweet Baby Inc anyway and they removed the mandatory prounouns on their job application form, so it seem like they are worried about being seen as woke now. Probably because it hurt the Alan Wake 2 sales. 

She wasn't oficially white either, so she wasn't color swaped... I really don't think AW2 didn't sold as they expected because the protagonist is a black woman, this is absurd.

Well thats why people think its woke. Because the character used to be white and now shes black. So go tell them what you worked out. What do you want me to say?

I'm just explaining to you why these people are wrong, and how it is again another fake outrage. If anyone bothered to play the Remedy games they would know, but the everything is woke crowd prefers to complain about everything being woke on the internet instead of playing any games I guess.

You still didn't respond smroadkill15's question. Do you know any game that failed just because it's woke? Because that's really not the case of AW2.
