Hahahahaha. But seriously, GTAIV will end any dominance the Wii will have. It was never its software library that drove its sales, it was pricing and hype. GTAIV is like a brick wall infront of the Wii's progression, and no game that will ever come to its platform will sell as well or will attract as many people as GTA.

Wii Fit will get a lot of attention, but this year GTAIV will own all year long. From sales, to quality, to controversy its just the biggest game this generation will see. THE WII WILL NOT DIE. But its marketshare won't be higher than 42%-43 by the end of the year, and will continue dropping. The Wii will sell, at worst, 1,000,000 more than the 2nd place console this year. But from April 29 until the years end the Wii will be within reach of one or both of the other consoles month to month, except in Japan of course.

your numbers are all off, I have it on good authority from my friends at PS-Triple Analysis™ Inc that this is the way things will go down:

As you can see, on the release date of GTA IV an 3lite group of sony programmers will finally learn the secrets of teh cell tapping into 360% of its power allowing them to time travel and retro actively beat wii sales. In effect, what sony has been saying all along is true...the PS3 has been winning this generation...we just had to wait for the dilutationisms to wear off so we could see the effects of this enormous breakthrough.

This graph stops short of the second half of 2008 because it is realized that nobody actually understands the potential of the cell and my insiders feel it would be presumptious to guess at such thing which could potentially anger teh cell and cause retribution on their families.
