Pretty crappy they didn't offer the $10 upgrade.

It's a full-on remake that doesn't even run on the original game engine, that's way. Not just a PS5 port of an existing PS4 game.

Ah I see, well looking at the comparison video it looked more like a well done remaster than a full remake lol

Still wish they gave some incentive for those that bought the PS4 copy since the game was just last gen.

To be frank, remaster and remake definitions have meld so much in this past generation that we are at a point where some publishers perspective on these terms aren't even used to describe those games anymore.

Look at what Nintendo does with it's Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (with an unchanged title to signify how it outright replaces the original in their view), Luigi's Mansion 2 HD or Metroid Prime Remastered.

All are on different spectrum of remade or remastered work and barely any of them uses the remaster or remake terms to describe themselves which I honestly think should be the way to go in the future. Remake and Remastered were always flawed words to describe the rebuilds of these games in a lot of cases.
