Sony really should keep their games on PS Plus permanently once they're on there. Or at the very least, have that condition as part of Premium. Horizon: Forbidden West is leaving next month after about 18 months.
Sony is using their power, though. For Microsoft, virtually every game they publish that goes to Game Pass stays forever. Microsoft does not have the pedigree Sony does, admittedly. And Sony doesn't have the publishing pedigree that Nintendo has.
Sony also doesn't have Day One Sony titles because once again they know they can get enough people buying them without a subscription option.
