If I remember correctly, in Getaway you drove on the opposite side. I assume they will use what is used for that location in real life.

Wrong , only in the UK ... the rest has the normal way :P ( the more = the better ) . |
Oh it's only the UK? Shows how much of a chance i've had to travel overseas. Still, they don't change it in UK? Fair enough. Personally i'd be surprised if a UK based game actually did have driving on the left side.

Yes it pretty much only the UK that drives on the left side... I know I`m a history nerd, but ther reason for this is that Napoleon never coquered England... thats also the reason the metric system spread over europe... before that people would pretty much dive wherever they wanted....

Not seen the Getaway series?
Yep, that's about all we got...

| Kasz216 said: Something i've considered but never got an answer too... what are games like GTA and Street Racers like for europeons? I mean, Europeons and Americans drive on opposite sides of the road right? Do they adjust this in GTA or does everything seem backwords for those who drive in the left lane? |
I don't think anyone answered the highlighted question, even though I find it quite interesting.
Left-side drivers: Does it make you feel weird when you are forced to drive on the right-hand side of the road in games such as GTA?
I know that with the new cockpit view in GT5:P, it sometimes feels odd to drive right-handed vehicles.

Yes, it does feel weird. Some times I'll go round a corner and accidentally end up driving into oncoming traffic.

Edit: A misread.

Nintendo games sell only on Nintendo system.

But you still drive on the right in the game...
