easily the biggest d/l on this torrent site - 2500 people downloading and it's been a matter of a few hours.

note: public torrent sites likely have many, many more leechers right now.

I think it's important to note that this happened with Super Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart Wii and many x360 games. People who get it this way are pretty unlikely to buy a real copy when it comes out. However, the fact these people get to play new games sometimes weeks before release certainly is a bad thing for people who wait patiently for the release date.

thoughts? Only the PAL version is leaked now but inevitably the NTSC version is coming.

On-topic: I doubt this affects GTA sales, because GTA's biggest market are the kinds that love Madden too... and those don't know about the awesomeness that torrents are.

^ only some consoles. As long as you use originals when you play on XBL and don't sign in when playing pirated copies I think people are largely ok (haven't kept up with the 360 modding scene so things might have changed).

It sucks when things leak but that is the society we live in today. I pre-ordered mine and will continue to wait patiently. How many people have modded 360's? It can't be many cause with the RRoD if yours is modded and RRoDs your warranty is voided.
