Well people who just think there are two genders are considered transphobes, so its a weird law.

I didn't and you know I didn't, I didn't come here saying "haha guys I have a super funny for y'all". If you continue trying to push that narrative I will just ignore it because you don't have any actual argument. |
The joke was not necessary at all. You could have just said "racist joke" instead of actually telling one. Thats what we are discussing here. You obviously wanted to tell that joke...
...and your joke was kinda funny, I admit.

It was necessary, because I wanted to show with every word how offensive a racist comedian could be, that's why I also made sure to describe the black face and mimicking thing. I wanted to show how offensive someone can be without boundaries.
And I didn't even tell the joke, it wasn't constructed like a joke, I just made a question about it.

That wasnt a joke. I dont get your countrys law about racism. Which makes sense since it a stupid law thats vague on purpose, so the government can just arrest whoever they want and blame it on some hard to understand law. |
So if it wasn't I joke, you were serious when you said you think comedians are fine here? I thought you were being sarcastic.
Anyways, you can't call the law hard to understand when you didn't even read it. And stupid is letting people spread their racist ideologic views under the façade of "it's a joke". Soon enough, I'll be living in a society with tons of people that think that maybe there's some truth in that "harmless" joke, and when you less expect the joke will be fun because "it turns out it is actually true". I bet a lot of people who voted for Trump in the US used to find funny a lot of jokes about immigrants and trans people. From where I stand, I wouldn't like to be an immigrant or a trans guy over there
Imagine choosing "Minority groups won't feel safe in my society... at least, spreading racism and bigotry is allowed!" over "I can't be racist or spread bigotry, not even under a so-called joke... at least, minority groups can feel safe in my society and are protected by the State in any case of prejudice!"

Thats ridiculous. Every joke can be offensive to someone. Just because you find something offensive doesnt mean it should be illegal. You are not supposed to take a comedian serious. Thats kinda the point. They say outrageous stuff and we as an audience laugh because we know its wrong. Its how dark comedy works. The fact that you think there will be chaos because people like dark jokes, then I think you are reading too much into it.
Also the fact that certain things should be considered above being made fun of is a very slippery slope.

Imagine putting people in prison over a joke...

Comedians are above everybody and everything, then. Boy, I wish I knew this before. I would have become a comedian for sure, and say whatever comes to my mind, making sure to carry the "it was just a joke" sign with me

But don't worry about the racist comedians over here, I don't any racist comedian has ever gone to prison for being a racist (they are safe!). They usually end up paying big fines, instead. I think judges do consider the context in this situations. Cases of prison happens more in nowadays situations of racism, I think. When there is harassment and such
