Yeah, honestly, for my type of core gamer, the hardcore PS1/PS2 gamer, the DS puts the 2008 PS3 list to shame. Much less the Wii, PSP, or 360 list.
The DS shows how things happen for a console if the industry starts to give you too much love.
...and yes, in this topic haters get owned, so it'll probably die quickly, so I'll say this:
The DS lite is the best value for my money that I've ever got from a gaming device. No human could regret buying one at this moment in time, the games are great, numerous, and diverse. If you are a hardcore or casual gaming fan, you should own one, cause you're missing out, and you might not even realize it. Some of the greatest games ever released are on the system, this is the modern day SNES, and if you don't own one, then you couldn't possibly know that the DS is worth paying 120 bucks for, if it just played Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, or Hotel Dusk, by itself.
I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.
NO NO, NO NO NO.
