Well we are in the reality that Switch isn't invisible and is confronted with market saturation. It did so much for video game market in japan tho. We really thought that market was poised to die towards the end of the 3DS era and would go to mobile gaming. If Switch can't get up much rn i expect it to tumble hard after the holiday. The B tier titles will only help keeping it alive until the successor comes.

Yeah the state of the Japanese market was looking pretty grim for a while there, with Playstation having lost much of its mojo and Xbox practically a non-factor.

Switch has carried Japan hard; hopefully it's successor can take up the mantle.
