I've only been to the bathroom thrice today and none were numbers 2, does that help?
Seriously, we save as much electricity as we possibly can because of several reasons:

1: Its expensive as hell

2: It makes us feel a little better to conserve energy

3: My home region has had a massive power shortage due to too little rainfall the last 3 years (over 85% of Norway's power comes from water plants).

I'm planning on using a lot of paper to print some school stuff today, as well as take a hot shower later on. I also use a lot more disposable plastic cups than necessary. Just another normal day for me!

i walked home on crutches rather than waiting for a lift... and now i have a fat blister on my hand :( screw the earth im taking that lift next time!

I didn't chop any trees, does that count.

plant a tree that would help more.

Hey take this advice for Earth Day "save a tree, eat a beaver" it's 100% guaranteed to save a tree... to be cut down later for toilet paper.

I think you are taking "eat a beaver" in the literal sense. And there is such a thing as toilet paper made from recycled paper (not from recycled toilet paper). I use it and its a good product.

How will rug munching save trees?

As for 'what did I do'? I completely refrained from dumping crude oil into the ocean and managed to not run over any panda bears while out driving. This save the planet lark is easy.

Also, happy birthday to Lenin..

I'm drinking coffee from a styrofoam cup as I type this.

Check the bottom of your "styrofoam" cups. You might be surprised that it sometimes bears the recyclable symble (meaning it isn't actually styrofoam).
