My first experience was with a PS2 too - back in 2003.

Since then I've had a PSP, PS3 , PS4 and now PS5.

Skipped out on the Vita though and never had a PS1.

I don't know what it is about Granblue - color theory, that type of cel shading, or whatever else - but there's something so visually intriguing about it compared to FFXVI.  Square can afford incredible production values for those money shots with bosses, but the stuff in-between doesn't look as rich imo.

Finally managed to find an online retailer selling the game here in the Netherlands. Will let you know once it arrives.
