Originally both Jews and Palestinians were Caanites. In fact ME Jews and Palestinians share the same ancestry. Most that remained in the area, after the Roman invasion, converted to Islam which became the dominant religion in the Ottoman Empire.
However Jews and Muslims still lived peacefully together

But if you want to boil it all down to, Jews are smarter thus they hate them... Maybe learn some history.
Now why Jews (who are not a race) are more intelligent (at least in IQ tests) is because of their religion and traditions. Education!
