They'll just use the "totally not racist" DEI argument I bet, Lol.

Joe Biden’s presidency has been transformational. He accomplished more in the past four years — to bring back jobs, stand up to big corporations, and build an economy that works for all of us — than we have been able to get done in the last forty. He deserves full credit for…

Congressional Black Caucus immediately throws in behind @KamalaHarris for Democratic presidential nominee. CBC stood with Biden during post-debate Dem tumult and voiced support for Harris to stay on ticket. Caucus is majority Black women, represents ~120M Americans. pic.twitter.com/YdDJTryfex

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chair Nanette Barragán — who supported Biden staying in the race — endorsed Kamala Harris. https://t.co/oYxjvzzaHm

This is true. It reflects well on Democrats that they saw flaws in nominee and realized time was to act. And Biden, however tardily, listened. https://t.co/btWC9QDBTe

Joe Scarborough says that "the most telling thing about how positive this may be for the Democratic Party is the Republican response," noting that folks like Newt Gingrich and Mike Johnson are complaining that this is a "violation of democracy." pic.twitter.com/vjDNZL6cXN

'AVALANCHE' OF DONATIONS POURING INTO HARRIS CAMPAIGN: CNN

I bet Biden stepping down and Harris getting embraced as the new candidate has been much more frightening for Trump than almost getting killed just a week ago.
And the reactionaries of last week who were quick to say that Trump will win based on a survived assassination attempt are now probably ready to stick the fork in Trump.
Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV will outsell Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was wrong.
It's been a pretty historic year in politics so far. Trump Assassination attempt, Biden dropping out, can we make it 3/3 and get Kamala Harris elected?!
I will be enthusiastically supporting my friend, Vice President Harris, to be our Democratic nominee for President. She has the perfect combination of experience, accomplishment, and deep love of country to lead our great nation.

Let's go.
Waiting for Pelosi, Schumer and the Obamas to endorse Harris but it's over, the party is clearly uniting behind her, there will surely be no challenger.

LOL. 🙈
It'll be a tough win still but I feel America has a chance with Harris bigger than Biden, it feels like the confidence is back after it being in the dirt for weeks, Harris should be able to put some fighting spirit back into the Democrats and they now must put 100% into Harris victory (which I why I'm against them fucking around with a mini-primary).
But I believe Harris has a decent shot.
Oh and she won't have a senior moment every fucking interview, debate, speech, etc, drowning out discussion instead of focusing on Trump.

Democrats have raised more than $5 million in just over an hour with Biden's announcement he's exiting the race.

Harris endorsements are rolling in from the Clintons all the way to, a spokesperson tells me, Michigan Democratic chair Lavora Barnes.

The chances for another Democrat to take her on, through an open or closed or whatver process, are growing slimmer by the minute.
Does that mean Whitmer is out? Love her but good if so, we need no challengers.
Waiting for Newsom to pledge his allegiance, Lol.

It only looks like it's going to be a tough win based on polls. But they've been suspiciously off for a while.

The classic republican tactic of calling for the moral high ground of the democrats. While democrats have been pretty stupid and fallen for this time and time again, I think this time they'll make an exception.
