One of the people that leaked the premium ASUS ROG Ally as $699 is now saying the basic version will be $599. Something doesn't add up.
Asus ROG Ally - Z1, 16gb Ram, 256gb SSD = $599
Asus ROG Ally - Z1 Extreme, 16gb Ram, 512gb SSD = $699
So basically to get double the GPU power, 33% more CPU power and double the SSD storage is just an extra $100? Either one or both of those prices are wrong or that's the craziest tiered pricing I've ever seen. You'd be crazy to go for the $599 model.
ASUS ROG Ally Starts at $599 for Ryzen Z1/256GB SSD Version (wccftech.com)

Why the amount keep getting bigger and bigger ? It was 68.7bn$ when announced, then everybody said 69bn$, then 70bn$ and now here they say 75bn$
So Jedi Survivor performance sucks coz it has forced RT in both modes lol

Yes, this makes no sense at all. Leaks are wrong either on the smaller one price or the bigger model.
I would say that it would make sense for the bigger model to be priced higher too. Will see.
At the same time, if this ends up being true... This will kinda be like the Series S and X for 100$ difference. So maybe there is a market but if they can really ditch out the Extreme model at 699$, they have a deck killer in hands.

Yeah, but I must thread carefully it this form, it's a double edged blade. All may seems fine at first but then the next thing you is I invoke beetlejuice even if thats mean permaban...

Yeah, I'd be shocked if there was only a $100 gap between them, who wouldn't pay the extra $100 to get 2 more CPU cores, double the SSD size, and a 6 tflop more powerful GPU? I personally doubt the premium is $700, the fact that they said "certainly less than $1000" makes me think that the premium comes in closer to $1000. I'm thinking $600 for the base model and $900 for the premium. With that pricing the base model has considerable value, $50 less than the SteamDeck top tier model and you get a 2 generation newer CPU, 2 more CPU cores, and a 2.8 tflop GPU instead the 1.6 tflop of the SteamDeck. Meanwhile the premium at $900 would be pretty pricey, but you will get a handheld with power between Xbox Series S and PS5 for that price, an incredible amount of power for a handheld, it's worth the $900 for those who want top end performance. Just like there are people who will spend $2000+ on a high end gaming laptop, there are definitely people who would pay $900 for the Asus ROG Ally Extreme.

33 dollars horribly spent. After watching some reviews before I bought the game, I knew I had instantly found a game I wanted to play to give me some old school nostalgia.
It is Rebel Galaxy Outlaw that reminded me a lot of Wing Commander Privateer.
Turns out the game needs a patch on the Series X, but the developer exited gaming. So it will never be patched. I will still attempt to play it in its current state. Going back to anticipating Everspace 2.
...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

I spent 60 on this KH 2.8 collection or whatever it's called. Week later it's now 30. Which is still 30 too expensive. :/
Been there before pimp.

Kingdom Hearts Diary Day 27: HUGE UPDATE!
Finished up Dream Drop Noble, probably my least favorite in the series. But more importantly, started and FINISHED 0.2 BBS. Graphics and effects definitely the best, not sure when this was released. Cool to play as Aqua. Short af story with like 3 hours if that. Very linear, combat pretty solid, nice to see the old heartless and Darkside back as well. Hoping this is the return for combat for KH 3. Nothing to write home about given the length, guessing this was for the annoying KH fans to shut up until 3 (speculation).
I'd rank the series in this order:
KH 2 > KH 1 > BBS > CoM > 0.2 BBS > DDD
358/2 was pure cutscenes, didn't play the coded game, or the mobile game... No cheevos? No play
@ice knows.
6/8 Done... Bought that music game since it was 30 as well.
On to KH 3.
