Now that it seems the releases for this years Quakecon will be a new expansion for Quake, I'll say that the games that were rumored were supposed to be Wolfenstein 3D, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, and Wolfenstein (2009). There were updates to all 3 games on Steam's backend, typically happening right before a release. It's entirely possible that Nightdive could be working on them and they'll be announced later.

I was lowkey hoping after the panel with id's founders that they would announce that a Quake reboot by MachineGames was in development. Would finally settle that seemingly somewhat hidden easter egg in the 2024 Indiana Jones Developer Direct.
