Xbox has clarified Physical Minimum Print requirements on Xbox

“Xbox has no minimum order quantity for physical media. Retailers, studios and partners make their own decisions based on what they feel is best for their business and players."

I figured this was the case after seeing a big collector's edition for Chants of Sennaar at an online EU store.  Although it's good news, I'm not optimistic this'll result in a seismic uptick in Xbox physical editions comparable to Switch 2 & PS5 (the lucky bastards).  Hell, will MS even bother to give South of Midnight or Hellblade II the physical treatment they deserve?  Remains to be seen.

Everyone says how tedious it becomes after closing like 10 but I am a hero who must close them all and stop the Daedra vermin! 🫡

I'm probably going to grow sick after 10 too

Two ROG Ally 2 models leaked, and one of them appears to be the Xbox "partner device" that's coming this year. Looks a bit funky with those massive grips added.

Appear to have different specs as one is 65w charging and one is 100w charging according to the tweet? Possibly black is Z2 Extreme and the white is Z2 or Z2 Go powered.

From the measurements looks like it's an 8" 16:9 screen and it's slightly bigger than a steam deck in size lol. A bit bulky.

Looking through the technical specs and benchmarks of the Z1 Extreme chipset vs the Z2 Extreme chipset, I personally wouldn't recommend upgrading from the ROG 1 to the ROG 2, I'm seeing only a modest 14% gap in single-threaded CPU performance and an even smaller gap of 7% in multi-threaded CPU performance, while the GPU goes up from 4.14 tflops to 5.5 tflops. TDP seems a bit higher on the Z2 Extreme as well, so probably lower battery life. Current owners are better off waiting a few more years before upgrading to a new PC handheld.

Not sure about the comparison of the lower end Z1 vs the Z2, but probably no bigger an upgrade than Z1 Extreme to Z2 Extreme is.
